Manage Notifications

Create and manage notifications for different systems resources. Account Manager's can define conditions that when triggered will automatically send an email notification. For example when a Route Guide order has not been updated with a delivered status after a set number of days from picked up.

Create Route Guide Notification

Notification rules identify orders that have not updated with a "delivered" status after a set number of days. Each rule is specific to a Route Guide client. Notification reports are emailed only after a condition has been met.

Edit Route Guide Notification

The Route Guide Notification can be turned on or off as well as modified. Select the notification rule from the list of rules and update as necessary. The rule will updated when the form is submitted.
